Baked Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • No-stick cooking spray
  • 5 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) orange marmalade
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350o. Spray a 13″ x 9″ baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix together all ingredients and spread in prepared pan.
  3. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
  4. Cool and refrigerate until serving. Makes ~ 4 cups.
